The name Milmanda refers to the historic castle that is situated close to the vineyard. On the nose, the wine offers aromas of ripe fruit, citrus, and floral notes, along with hints of vanilla and toast from the oak aging. The palate is full-bodied, with a creamy texture and well-integrated acidity, which balances the richness of the wine. Flavours of ripe apple, pear, and citrus are complemented by subtle oak and mineral notes, leading to a long, persistent finish.

The wine itself is pale yellow and fragrant on the nose, offering perfumed and citrus notes coupled with fruit aromas (white peach) over a touch of minerality characteristic of the terroir. Initially sweet, followed by a fresh, clean evolution across the palate and a long, elegant finish. An excellent aperitif

Aromas of Mediterranean herbs and red fruits are accompanied by the roasted notes that emerge after ageing for 4 months in French oak barrels.

Familia Torres San Valentin Parellada was first made by Miguel Torres as a Valentines present for his wife. It is made from the Parellada grape grown in the more mountainous, cooler regions of Penedes and other vineyard areas. The off-dry style brings out the floral aromas and ripe fruit character.

This wine is deep ruby in colour with a hint of ochre.. Rich complex mediterranean aromas with exuberant notes of spices and blackberries. Velvety tannins are noted on the palate with elegant flavours of liquorice and small dark forest fruits.

Young, contemporary and fresh, such is this 100% verdejo wine, pale yellow in colour with green tints. It has clear notes of tropical fruit accompanied by citrus and a touch of fennel, characteristics of the variety. Its intense nose adds to its freshness, elegance and long aftertaste on the palate.
