Bruce has also developed a unique technique to create sparkling Icewine which is exotic and honeyed, with a lively effervescence that gives freshness to the palate. The Cabernet Franc icewine, decadent and festive with sophisticated ripe, candied red fruit, has a lovely tannin structure on the finish.

A ripe, accessible style of the local Ribolla grape - one of Italys most notable native white grapes. From the Vidussi estate in the Collio region, on the Slovenian border. Fresh and aromatic with notes of guava, mandarin and hints of white pepper. Vibrant fruit on the palate with passion fruit and ripe citrus held together by the racy acidity and mineral notes typical of the Ribolla grape.

Aromas of ripe plum and cherry with spicy, savoury notes. This is a fruit-forward style of Chianti - the palate is bright and sappy, with redcurrant and bramble fruit providing fresh acidity, and supple tannins giving structure. A juicy finish with a touch of black pepper.

Salinity, stony minerality and refreshing acidity. Its also shows plenty of black and Italian-esque sour cherry fruit charachters and a long, captivating finish.

Immediate nose of lemon grass and lime leaf over a lifted pallet of more lime leaf and tarragon. The wine has the chalky minerality of a hugely distinct and satisfying Sauvignon Blanc.

It is an extraordinarily intense and unctuous Vino di Meditazione with a deep golden copper colour, super-ripe aromas of dried apricots, sultanas and prunes. Opulent and concentrated on the palate with amazingly intense flavours of raisins, apricots and honey. The velvety round fruit characters coat the mouth leading to a very long and extraordinarily complex finish with refreshing acidity and surprising elegance. Superb with fine tarts made with buttery pastry and fresh fruit or decadently trickle a little on good quality ice cream.

Characteristically elegant, full bodied with a firm finish from powerful tannins. With concentrated fruits and well integrated alcohol with a spicy, peppery sweetness.

The palate has great concentration of honeyed, lightly floral fruit, perfectly balanced by taut acidity and minerality. The wine lingers with hints of ripe apricot and honey and will no doubt age gracefully for many years.
