A compelling, dark and rich chocolately beast. This is a classic Barossa Shiraz with intense savoury flavours of thick blackberry compote, black pepper and typical iron-rich beefy flavours. Not a hint of jam here, no sweetness, this is serious Shiraz for grown-ups with balanced acidity, a touch of cocao powder in the finish and tremendous length.

From maritime vineyards in Marlboroughs south easterly extremes in the Blind River Valley. We exploit this coastal fruit by capturing a breezy finesse over the classic cranberry and wild strawberry aromas giving us a wine with enough bite and texture to be foody but with enough generosity of fruit to be a delicious glass on its own. A lick of oak in the winemaking lends a little soothing creaminess to the whole.

Perfumed with nettle ripe tropical fruits which are also evident on the palate along with limey flavours and a rich minerality - classic Marlborough Sauvignon. The wine is sappy fresh, clean and delicious.

Refreshingly unoaked, citrus and white peach flavours combine with a zesty fresh acidity and a clean, bright and linear mineral finish. The judicious addition of Langhorne Creek Chardonnay adds palate, weight and texture. Ultimately, this is a bright expression of a Victorian Chardonnay.

With the faintest whiff of biscuity oak this bright, tangy Barossa Chardonnay is an absolute delight. It has that classical Barossa charm, elegance, poise, tang and naggingly more-ish elusive something-or-other which makes one wonder why there isnt more Australian Chardonnay. The 205 enjoys all of the notes above with added texture and breadth making this vintage foodier still.

A classic regional style, this wine has intensely aromatic gooseberry and passionfruit characters. The palate is rich and full with a long finish.

The Triangle Merlot has ripe and concentrated plum, dark berry and liquorice flavours, with hints of dark chocolate on the finish. Soft and velvety tannins provide the backbone for a rich wine that will cellar comfortably for a decade.

Crisp, fresh and uncompromisingly dry. Sharp yet elegant aromas of the flor yeast and toasted almonds. Completely dry on the palate with reminders of almonds.

With a deep ruby color, this wine is a complex amalgamation of three different Rhône varieties – Grenache, Shiraz, and Mataro. The Steading exudes a bouquet of juicy blackberries, smoky oak, and fragrant spices, with a hint of vanilla and chocolate. On the palate, it is full-bodied, rich, and complex, with a firm but silky texture and a long finish.

From the stable of Familia Torres comes this medium to full-bodied Tempranillo from high altitude vineyards in Ribera del Duero. It has a dramatically dark colour which leads onto a palate of bold blackberries and black cherries with spice and lovely touches of vanilla and wonderfully ripe tannins gained from the time spent in oak barrels.

On the tongue, this powerful red wine is characterized by an incredibly dense texture. Due to its concise fruit acidity, the Clos Ancestral Penedes presents itself exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this good storable red wine from the wine-growing region of Catalonia finally inspires with good length. Once again, hints of sour cherry and raspberry appear. Coronas Crianza 2020 is a red wine that offers intense aromas of black fruits and forest fruits on the nose, accompanied by well-integrated wood and spicy and herbal notes. On the palate, it appears mature, with present yet soft tannins. A very easy-to-drink red wine with pleasant potency and a long finish.

Torres De Casta 2022 is a rose wine with suggestive aromas reminiscent of strawberries, cherries and peaches on the nose, accompanied by floral notes. The palate is lively and light, with a subtle sweet touch well balanced with a refreshing acidity. A smooth and fresh rose wine.

Crystalline bright, with a barely perceptible yellow color. The characteristically intense fruit aroma of the Mas La Plana terroir meets notes of toast, truffle, white chocolate and clove and white pepper. The Ibericos appears cherry red with aromas of spiced red fruit and somewhat smoky on the nose. The palate if allowed to open is intense with oaked rich plum and dark spiced cherry fruit, grippy tannins and full, finishing powerful with lasting red spicy fruit and smoky.

The name Milmanda refers to the historic castle that is situated close to the vineyard. On the nose, the wine offers aromas of ripe fruit, citrus, and floral notes, along with hints of vanilla and toast from the oak aging. The palate is full-bodied, with a creamy texture and well-integrated acidity, which balances the richness of the wine. Flavours of ripe apple, pear, and citrus are complemented by subtle oak and mineral notes, leading to a long, persistent finish.

The wine itself is pale yellow and fragrant on the nose, offering perfumed and citrus notes coupled with fruit aromas (white peach) over a touch of minerality characteristic of the terroir. Familia Torres San Valentin Parellada was first made by Miguel Torres as a Valentines present for his wife. It is made from the Parellada grape grown in the more mountainous, cooler regions of Penedes and other vineyard areas. The off-dry style brings out the floral aromas and ripe fruit character.
