The Riesling Icewine is defined by crisp, lively citrus and white peach notes balancing its impressive sweetness. Fermented in French oak barrels, the Gold Vidal is richer in style with cloves, cinnamon and toast complementing stone fruits and marmalade. Bruce has also developed a unique technique to create sparkling Icewine which is exotic and honeyed, with a lively effervescence that gives freshness to the palate. The Cabernet Franc icewine, decadent and festive with sophisticated ripe, candied red fruit, has a lovely tannin structure on the finish.

Red ruby color with purple hues. On the nose aromas of cherry and cloves, accompanied by a hint of violet. The polished tannins, balanced by the right amount of freshness, define the wine’s equilibrium and strong personality, leading to a long and persistent finish.

Bright and impenetrable. Perfumed mulberry range, cranberry juice and light menthol mark. The fruity taste at the palate meets a soft and embracing tannin. Long and persistent final.

Floral, citrus and gentle tropical aromas lead on to a palate which is deliciously off-dry with flavours of ripe melon and sherbet lemon acidity. The finish is refreshing with a classic spritz.

Aromas of ripe plum and cherry with spicy, savoury notes. This is a fruit-forward style of Chianti - the palate is bright and sappy, with redcurrant and bramble fruit providing fresh acidity, and supple tannins giving structure. A juicy finish with a touch of black pepper.

Brilliant Amber yellow colour. To the nose, hints of toasted hazelnuts and almonds blended with custard and figs. The taste is warm, soft and velvety. A pretty long and persistent aftertaste, enhance the olfactory sensations on the finish.

This crisp and refreshing white wine has flavours of stone and tropical fruit and ripe apple.

Deep dark red in colour with an elegant complex nose, plenty of spice, black fruit and violets... think black forest gateau! With smooth tannins on the palate there is perfect integration between oak and fruit, followed by a long and elegant finish.

Pretty crimson in colour. Crushed red cherry fruit and limestone minerality makes the aroma hugely alluring. The palate shows typical characteristics of the Talinay vineyard. Salinity, stony minerality and refreshing acidity. Its also shows plenty of black and Italian-esque sour cherry fruit charachters and a long, captivating finish.

This Viognier presents rich aromas of citrus, orange peel and dried apricot, fresh pears and white peaches, plus hints of candied fruit. With floral honeyed and citrus flavours combining with chalky minerality, this is typical of Limari and really gives Viognier purity and a bright structure.

Delicious and renowned regional dessert wine produced from naturally raisined grapes. Although often associated with Tuscany, Vino Santo also boasts a long tradition in Trentino, where production started over 200 years ago. It is an extraordinarily intense and unctuous Vino di Meditazione with a deep golden copper colour, super-ripe aromas of dried apricots, sultanas and prunes. Opulent and concentrated on the palate with amazingly intense flavours of raisins, apricots and honey. The velvety round fruit characters coat the mouth leading to a very long and extraordinarily complex finish with refreshing acidity and surprising elegance. Superb with fine tarts made with buttery pastry and fresh fruit or decadently trickle a little on good quality ice cream.

A ripe yet restrained, complex nose showing quince, white peach and yellow apple, with a hint of fennel. The palate has great concentration of honeyed, lightly floral fruit, perfectly balanced by taut acidity and minerality. The wine lingers with hints of ripe apricot and honey and will no doubt age gracefully for many years.

The nose is nuanced and fleeting with delicate aromas of honey, white flowers, fennel and fresh citrus. Layered and textural with taut acidity and a saline bite balancing the concentrated, lightly honeyed fruit. A richly flavoured, complex wine of restraint and elegance with a steely, mineral core. Best decanted before serving.

A lifted, expressive, red berry nose with white pepper, dried herbs and lightly smoky notes. Full and fleshy on the palate with fresh plum and blackberry leading to a layered, savoury finish with fine tannins enveloped by ripe, textured fruit.

Our 207 Beyer Ranch Zinfandel is welcoming with luscious fruit notes such as red cherry, boysenberry and fig. Complemented by hints of black tea, and hibiscus, this wine is medium-bodied with smooth tannins.

Fresh peach, baked-apple and vanilla-bean flavours are well balanced by the medium body, soft yet crisp style and gently fruited finish of this California chardonnay that has been partly barrel fermented for richness and partly in stainless steel to protect the freshness of fruit.

Warm and spicy on the nose, aromas of fresh crushed raspberries and black cherry mingle with black pepper, allspice and woodsmoke. The palate has breadth and natural juiciness combining fresh cranberry and red berry fruit with spicy, peppercorn flavours. Best served at cool room temperature.

Steely, malic bouquet of dew-speckled Granny Smith apples, wet limestone and petrichor the palate is full of tension thanks to the driving acidity vivacious green apples intermixed with gooseberry and a touch of grapefruit

Bursts with aromatic notes of rhubarb, raspberry, strawberry, redcurrant as well as wild roses, lemon zest, and a touch of sherbet on the finish. It is a superbly elegant English sparkling wine with tiny, persistent bubbles and a refreshing acidity that calls you back for more.

Bursting with fresh, juicy cherries and summer red currants, with delicate hints of peach blossom and white pepper. Strawberries, mineral with a saline character balancing out the fruit.

A briny nose of lemon zest, beeswax and freshly crushed sea-salt, the palate delights in an immediate attack of tangy citrus twang, sandpaper texture and cheek-tickling breadth of freshness. Rich and generous nonetheless, this has a long, lemon drizzle cake texture, flavour and nuance, if that cake was made absolutely bone dry.
