te Pā Reserve Collection Seaside Sauvignon Blanc is a generous and fruity white wine displaying a nose of tropical flavours as well as the herbal flavours we know and love from New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. This wine belongs to the te Pā Reserve collection, showcasing some of the estate’s finest wines. One other notable example is the Hillside Sauvignon Blanc, a counterpart of Seaside – so called due to the locations of their vineyards. Despite being vinified in exactly the same way as its Hillside counterpart, Seaside is strikingly different. These wines are a brilliant illustration of the importance of terroir to New Zealand winemaking.

This Pinot Noir possesses a complex and attractive spectrum of aromas of red fruits, liquorice, violets, fresh tobacco, and musk. The palate displays classic Pinot Noir characters of cherry, cola, and cranberry with layers of five spice, cinnamon, and aniseed. The new oak provides some subtle coffee and mocha notes. The primary fruit is enveloped by fine, chalky tannins.

Dark red with bright and purplish reflections. The nose is pleasant and articulated with sensations of red and black fruit, among which black currants and ripe cherries stand out.

A compelling, dark and rich chocolately beast. This is a classic Barossa Shiraz with intense savoury flavours of thick blackberry compote, black pepper and typical iron-rich beefy flavours. Not a hint of jam here, no sweetness, this is serious Shiraz for grown-ups with balanced acidity, a touch of cocao powder in the finish and tremendous length.

Perfumed with nettle ripe tropical fruits which are also evident on the palate along with limey flavours and a rich minerality - classic Marlborough Sauvignon. The wine is sappy fresh, clean and delicious.

Summer pudding reaches from the glass, there is an abundance of blackberry and cassis fruit with a naughty creaminess of oak that marries on the palate for a bold pastiche of old vine Barossa Cabernet. It's a big glass of juicy theatre.

Refreshingly unoaked, citrus and white peach flavours combine with a zesty fresh acidity and a clean, bright and linear mineral finish. The judicious addition of Langhorne Creek Chardonnay adds palate, weight and texture. Ultimately, this is a bright expression of a Victorian Chardonnay.

With the faintest whiff of biscuity oak this bright, tangy Barossa Chardonnay is an absolute delight. It has that classical Barossa charm, elegance, poise, tang and naggingly more-ish elusive something-or-other which makes one wonder why there isnt more Australian Chardonnay. The 205 enjoys all of the notes above with added texture and breadth making this vintage foodier still.

This is an expressive, aromatic and elegant blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grapes that grow parallel to the Mediterranean coast where their salty, sun-drenched soils give the wine a dry yet fruity character.

The Triangle Merlot has ripe and concentrated plum, dark berry and liquorice flavours, with hints of dark chocolate on the finish. Soft and velvety tannins provide the backbone for a rich wine that will cellar comfortably for a decade.

On the tongue, this powerful red wine is characterized by an incredibly dense texture. Due to its concise fruit acidity, the Clos Ancestral Penedes presents itself exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. Coronas Crianza 2020 is a red wine that offers intense aromas of black fruits and forest fruits on the nose, accompanied by well-integrated wood and spicy and herbal notes. On the palate, it appears mature, with present yet soft tannins. A very easy-to-drink red wine with pleasant potency and a long finish.
