Then the rhythm changes to become slower and more harmonious, an invitation to sip this special white wine with tranquility enjoying its every note. A vibrant nose of plum, cherry, violet, sweet spice and dried herbs. The palate has lots of fresh fruit flavours, including sour cherry and plum with refreshing acidity. The youthful fruit combines with spice and bitter chocolate notes giving a wine of depth and personality with a firm, dry and savoury finish - great served with food, perhaps lightly chilled.

It is an intense and elegant wine, extremely pleasant, characterized by a complex bouquet in which notes of plum, liquorice, and tobacco stand out. Warm taste and great persistence at the end of the palate.

On the nose, the champagne is dominated by white flowers, green apple, brioche and a trace of minerality. On the palate there are notes of stone fruits, a certain nuttiness and a hint of honey supporting the freshness of the acidity.

An especially open and expressive nose begins with notes of dried fruit, cocoa, almond and coconut. Allowed to breathe, notes of yellow fruits such as Mirabelle plum and eau de vie add complexity to the nose which, though young, is rich and promising. The palate is exceedingly fresh.

Pale in colour, with fresh grassy notes and hints of green apples. The palate has a touch of honeyed richness but is fresh and steely, making it a wonderful aperitif.

Cherry plum flavours with smoked cedar and mint top notes, but as it breathes it gets meatier, juicier and more complex, with roasted nut and woodsy spice notes in the mix too. It’s in a good place now, but it’s on its way to somewhere better.

Quinta da Fonte Souto Florao Red is an award-winning wine from the renowned Portuguese wine region of Alentejo. This wine is a blend of several grape varieties, predominantly Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Trincadeira, and Syrah, which are carefully selected to achieve an outstanding balance of flavor and aroma. The aging process of 2 months in oak barrels lends the wine a smooth, velvety texture, with a complexity of flavors that includes ripe red fruits, spices, and hints of vanilla.

A blend of local grapes part barrel-fermented in older oak, this deliciously intriguing Portuguese white offers stone fruit, citrus and floral aromas lifted by a salty tang and mineral freshness on the palate.

Good brilliance with sustained effervescence and a very persistent foam. At first the nose is delicate, fresh and fruity, filled with white-fleshed fruits (pears, Bosc apples), apricots, as well as hazelnuts and fresh almonds. Several floral and spicy notes add an extra hint of complexity.
