A fabulous, luscious dessert wine with a great backbone of fresh acidity. The palate is rounded with plenty of orange marmalade, ripe apricots and nectarines with a pleasing twist of bitter orange on the finish.

Aromas of ripe black cherry and plum fruit with spicy, savoury notes. The palate is packed full of rich damson fruit and lightly spiced notes. Chewy tannins add structure and lead to a robust, but elegant, finish with a touch of black pepper on the earthy finish.

Conviviale Montepulciano d Abruzzo is an intense wine with cherry, ripe plum fruit aromas and warm, earthy spice and the palate is densely packed with morello cherry, cassis and bramble fruit flavours. There are ripe tannins on the palate that give structure and make it a substantial wine with a fresh sappy finish. It is produced from selected parcels of Montepulciano grapes, from low yielding thirty to fifty year old vines in the Chieti province of Abruzzo. Fermentation took place in small batches and after malolactic fermentation the wine was transferred to Adrias cellars and matured in a combination of large Slavonian oak casks and French oak barriques for six to eight months. This integrates all the fruit, acidity and tannins and adds a softness overall.

Bright berry and black cherry aromas, and a touch of spice. The palate has all of Valpolicella's appealing fresh cherry and ripe bramble fruit, with the weight and complexity typical of Appassimento wines. Supple tannins lead to a finish of delicate sweetness, offset by fresh acidity.

Sweet and gently sparkling with delicate aromas of honey and fresh flowers. On the palate the wine reveals ripe apricot, grape notes and a soft mousse. Delightful refreshing acidity on the finish to balance the sweetness.

Bright, ruby-red colour, with medium depth and a garnet tinged rim. On the nose it proves to be a wine which is complex in aroma, in which primary aromas of fruit such as blueberries are enhanced by spicy nuances. On the palate it is long, balanced and elegant, with perfectly integrated acidity and smooth tannins. The finish is very long and fruity. Perfect to be drunk now but thanks to its great balance and structure it can be kept in the bottle for several more years.

Its pale salmon color with orange highlights is embellished with a delicate and steady effervescence. Its energy is immediately present on the palate. The wine reveals an elegant structure, with nuances of summer fruits. The sweetness of red fruits balances out the wonderfully long finish.

On The Palate: Each sip of this structured, vinous champagne unleashes intense and complex flavours of fresh fruits, before morphing into a long finish that is both powerful and fresh.

Ripe pear fruit and flinty notes with a hint of yeasty lees on the nose. The palate has a classic salty tang and mineral complexity with some richness characteristic of the warm vintage and a tasty long finish.

Instantly appealing with aromas of orange zest, poached nectarine, hazelnut, sweet baking spice and an intriguing note of wet river stone. The palate is unashamedly rich and mouth filling up front, opening to a taut core of nectarine, pear crumble and toasty oak before a fine bead of acidity draws the palate out to a long textural finish.

A slightly faded ruby red. Fine, delicate and persistent bouquet with characteristic trace scents of strawberry and raspberry. Pleasantly bitter, velvety, at once elegant and full.

Ca di Ponti Nero d Avola from Sicily is a deeply coloured, full-flavoured, spicy red wine with aromas of ripe plum and black cherry. The palate combines warm, juicy red fruit flavours with savoury, lightly smoky characters and a hint of bitter chocolate on the long finish. The grapes for this wine are sourced from southern Sicily, around Riesi which is Nero d Avolas traditional heartland. It is all fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks and bottled whilst young without any oak aging thus retaining the lovely fresh fruit notes evident in this wine.

Feudo Maccari Nere Nero d Avola from Sicily has aromas of fresh, bright pure fruit such as cherry and berry characters. On the palate there are lots of ripe fruit notes with more wild cherry and damson notes combining with warm, spicy characters and ripe, chewy tannins and fresh acidity give plenty of structure too. It is an approachable with depth and complexity.

Aromas of wild raspberry and dried petals, plus notes of leather and spice. The palate is complex and elegant with pure red berry and cherry fruit balanced by more savoury characters of black pepper and brown spice. Fine tannins lead to a long balsamic finish balanced by fresh acidity. A fine example of Sicily's most renowned red combining richness and elegance.

Brooding and intense. A classic Malbec from Nietos premium Agrelo vineyards, with flavours reminiscent of those desert soils. Dark, dense complex nose with sweet cranberries, blackberries and rich mocha characters. The palate is smooth and rounded with supple tannins and a long intense pure finish with hints of bitter chocolate and spice.

Blackberry, plum fruit and sweet spice. The palate is silky and warming with more black fruit and dark cherries. The wine is vibrant with an alluring blend of fruit along with clove, pepper and cinnamon spice finished off with well-structured integrated tannins. A great wine with a fresh finish.

Black cherry red with intense blackcurrant and typical green capsicum notes, that give way to hints of black pepper and tobacco leaf. The palate has a bright, fresh bloody feel common to Cabernet with Carmen�re's darker leafy note. It's the quintessential expression of Emiliana's Colchagua vineyards at Los Robles.

Quietly complex on the nose with fresh lime notes combining with a steely minerality and gentle honeysuckle flora. The palate is mid-weight and off-dry with persistent flavours of lime, there is a natural salinity which gives contrast yet lovely balance. It finishes clean with a lingering flinty character.
