Conviviale Montepulciano d Abruzzo is an intense wine with cherry, ripe plum fruit aromas and warm, earthy spice and the palate is densely packed with morello cherry, cassis and bramble fruit flavours. There are ripe tannins on the palate that give structure and make it a substantial wine with a fresh sappy finish. It is produced from selected parcels of Montepulciano grapes, from low yielding thirty to fifty year old vines in the Chieti province of Abruzzo. Fermentation took place in small batches and after malolactic fermentation the wine was transferred to Adrias cellars and matured in a combination of large Slavonian oak casks and French oak barriques for six to eight months. This integrates all the fruit, acidity and tannins and adds a softness overall.
Aromas of redcurrant and pink grapefruit with lightly savoury notes. The palate is fresh and zesty with berry and pomegranate fruit balanced by crisp acidity and an appetizingly dry, sour cherry finish.

Pale amber in appearance, quite obviously an orange wine. Intriguing and complex aromas of Seville orange and rose petal with savoury, slightly nutty notes. Structured and assertive on the palate, the initial tannic grip soon gives way to a ripe, textural palate with compelling minerality, dried apricot and citrus peel flavours and an appetisingly tangy finish.
A slightly faded ruby red. Fine, delicate and persistent bouquet with characteristic trace scents of strawberry and raspberry. Pleasantly bitter, velvety, at once elegant and full.

Ca di Ponti Nero d Avola from Sicily is a deeply coloured, full-flavoured, spicy red wine with aromas of ripe plum and black cherry. The palate combines warm, juicy red fruit flavours with savoury, lightly smoky characters and a hint of bitter chocolate on the long finish. The grapes for this wine are sourced from southern Sicily, around Riesi which is Nero d Avolas traditional heartland. It is all fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks and bottled whilst young without any oak aging thus retaining the lovely fresh fruit notes evident in this wine.
Feudo Maccari Nere Nero d Avola from Sicily has aromas of fresh, bright pure fruit such as cherry and berry characters. On the palate there are lots of ripe fruit notes with more wild cherry and damson notes combining with warm, spicy characters and ripe, chewy tannins and fresh acidity give plenty of structure too. It is an approachable with depth and complexity.
Brooding and intense. A classic Malbec from Nietos premium Agrelo vineyards, with flavours reminiscent of those desert soils. Dark, dense complex nose with sweet cranberries, blackberries and rich mocha characters. The palate is smooth and rounded with supple tannins and a long intense pure finish with hints of bitter chocolate and spice.
Blackberry, plum fruit and sweet spice. The palate is silky and warming with more black fruit and dark cherries. The wine is vibrant with an alluring blend of fruit along with clove, pepper and cinnamon spice finished off with well-structured integrated tannins. A great wine with a fresh finish.

The palate is mid-weight and off-dry with persistent flavours of lime, there is a natural salinity which gives contrast yet lovely balance. It finishes clean with a lingering flinty character.
