Made from quality grapes selected from the Pays des Cotes de Gascogne, this is a deliciously fresh wine with a very aromatic nose; zesty citrus, passionfruit and hints of stone fruit. The palate has lots of ripe nectarine and pink grapefuit, balanced with a refreshing lime acidity.

Fresh and vibrant nose with notes of lemon zest, Cox's apple and lightly toasty, savoury notes. On the palate there are complex apricot, tinned peach and honeydew melon characters, and fine, well-integrated oak, balanced by fresh and crisp acidity.

A fine and mineral nose with some subtle incense and spice. A layered, and elegant palate shows citrus flesh and plush acidity, the oak is also subtle and gentley toasty, all complemented by a long finish.

Zesty citrus with white stone fruits. Luscious, abundant gooseberry aromas follow through onto the palate where it explodes with a full on citrus zing that is balanced by fantastic texture. The finish is clean, crisp and refreshing.

Pale amber in appearance, quite obviously an orange wine. Intriguing and complex aromas of Seville orange and rose petal with savoury, slightly nutty notes. Structured and assertive on the palate, the initial tannic grip soon gives way to a ripe, textural palate with compelling minerality, dried apricot and citrus peel flavours and an appetisingly tangy finish.

Opulent aromas of pear and jasmine, with tropical notes and well-integrated but obvious oak. The palate is poised with vanilla oak characters, but left fresh by balancing acidity. Flavours of pineapple, crisp lemon, and brioche notes on the finish.

It has a bright straw yellow color lightly charged. The smell is typical of the vine: wide, with floral hints of broom and acacia together with exotic fruits and balsamic hints. The taste is sapid, structured and persistent.

The nose is ripe and savoury with garriguey notes of the local fynbos and a distinct note of oregano. The palate is rounded and full of fruit with notes of wild honey often found in naturally fermented Chenin Blanc.

A beautiful and complex wine, that packs a big punch above its appellation. Fine bright golden in colour with aromas of fresh pear, apple and caramel. The palate weight is wonderful with a smooth minerality leading to rich and complex flavours of baked apples and custard, a hint of hazelnuts and honey followed by lemony acidity to lift the finish. Lovely length.

Single-variety Fiano grown on limey-chalk land which contributes to the marked aromatics of Mediterranean macchia of this variety. Between broom flowers and thyme one can trace the delicate aromas of chamomile, hay, mango and pomelo. On the palate minerality with notes of lively fruit which are thirst quenching. Then the rhythm changes to become slower and more harmonious, an invitation to sip this special white wine with tranquility enjoying its every note. The finish presents a tactile silky sensation with a refined aftertaste of ripe apricots, flowering almond and basil leaves

Delicious now, but will also develop over 5+ years bottle ageing.

The nose is heady and herbaceous. The wine has significant palate weight, almost New World in style, with ripe passionfruit complemented by that herbaceous edge again. Very rounded with a rich texture and long finish.
