The rare elegance of this wine is the result of an unusual fusion of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. After nine months barrel ageing, Chardonnay is blended with Sauvignon Blanc fresh from ageing in stainless steel. Very impressive wine, made from the relatively obscure Erbaluce variety, probably Chenin Blanc is the most obvious variety to like it too.
