Delicately floral with aromas of pear, stone fruit and white spice. Ripe on the palate with more peach and pear flavorus with a subtle minerality.

Fresh peach, baked-apple and vanilla-bean flavours are well balanced by the medium body, soft yet crisp style and gently fruited finish of this California chardonnay that has been partly barrel fermented for richness and partly in stainless steel to protect the freshness of fruit.

Somewhat Known is a side project by the ultra-talented Wildeberg winemaker. A Chardonnay with perfect harmony between oak and fruit, with a full, toasty nose and a palate rich in fruit, balanced by remarkable freshness.

Restrained, delicate aromas with bright citrus fruit offset by savoury, waxy notes. The palate has an impactful attack of taut, stony, highly textural citrus tang and terrific mouthfeel. A subtle, beautifully balanced wine with layers of expression.

A briny nose of lemon zest, beeswax and freshly crushed sea-salt, the palate delights in an immediate attack of tangy citrus twang, sandpaper texture and cheek-tickling breadth of freshness. Rich and generous nonetheless, this has a long, lemon drizzle cake texture, flavour and nuance, if that cake was made absolutely bone dry.

Ripe stone fruit aromas with preserved lemon characters and floral notes. The palate has bright citrus peel and grapefruit, an appealing texture and minerality, fresh acidity and a gently savoury finish.

A fine and seamless blend of 3 classic white grapes. Sauvignon Blanc aromas are prominent on the nose, with lime and prickly pear notes. A tight mineral core and creamy mid palate from the Chenin Blanc gives complexity and a persistent finish while a small proportion of Semillon adds texture and depth.

Wonderfully fragrant with notes of pithy stone fruits, bight jasmine and honeysuckle. The palate follows through with a richness of fruit including ripe peach and apricot. The finish is given finesse by the refreshing acidity.

Intense rose petal and lychee aromas typical of the grape, with hints of ginger, citrus peel and honeysuckle. Ripe and aromatic, with exotic fruit on the palate, zesty citrus acidity, and floral characters - leading to a long, rich, full and spicy finish.
