This blanco Tequila from Pueblo Viejo is made with 100% agave at San Matias, one of the oldest distilleries in Jalisco, Mexico, over 130 years old. Bottled straight from the still, the unaged Tequila is full of robust agave flavours, certainly ideal for cocktails.

An extra Anejo tequila from the San Matias, aged for at least 36 months in American and French oak casks. Very much suited to enjoying neat and savouring the flavours which arise from this rather uncommon maturation for a tequila.

Vanilla and rich notes of butterscotch, molasses and chocolate. More of those banana sweet notes. Hints of Calvados, surprisingly... Finish Long, fruity finish with caramel and nuts.

Let the tantalising aroma of Sarti Rosa' inspire you. Its fruity-sweet character is already apparent on the nose. The sweet flavour already sets the first accents of blood orange and grapefruit, which combine with tropical fruits to create a wonderful aroma. This brilliant impression continues on the palate: the citrus fruits blood orange and grapefruit are full-bodied and sweet. The latter adds an additional tart note to the flavour, giving the aperitif's character a further nuance.

Aromas of clove, vanilla, anise and pepper. Subtle notes of candied spices and citrus. The big finish is smooth with hints of licorice.

Scorch is a blend of Scotch whisky with andied blood orange and honey sweet vanilla flavours which succumb to irresistible waves of warming chilli heat. Try it neat as a shot, mixed with ginger ale or use in an old fashioned cocktail for a fiery twist.

Easy on the aniseed, heavy on the wormwood; dry and very bitter. This absinthe has a touch of fennel at first, which dissipates quickly. Dried lime peel and toasted corriander on the finish, with the bitterness of the wormwood lingering on the tongue for quite some time.

Savory top notes of Peas, Hay and Hops are followed by a complex herbal base character from traditional garden herbs: Spearmint, Rosemary and Thyme.

Seedlip Spice 94 is a non-alcoholic spirit with an aromatic flavour profile. It has a warm spice-led flavour from Allspice berries sourced from Jamaica, citrus top notes from Lemon and Grapefruit peels, and a long bitter finish from high-quality barks.

Flavours of coffee bean, vanilla and burnt butter make way for subtle notes of cherry stone and dried citrus.

The aroma is of fresh herbal notes, complemented by green pepper and with a soft citric finish. On the palate it is sweet and slightly smoky with a final soft honey flavour.
