This is a fabulous Gigondas, very powerful with ripe, weighty tannins, the whole aged in large oak foudres for that added patina. Open well in advance and preferably decant.

Henners Rose NV is made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, using the saignee method to draw colour from the grapes at the pressing stage. This sparkling rose delivers classic English red berry fruit flavours including raspberries, redcurrants and rhubarb. A minimum of 8 month ageing on the lees brings a delicate creaminess to the wine.

Luxardo Cherry Sangue Morlacco is a liqueur of marasca cherries (a sour cherry variety exclusively cultivated by Luxardo) - another version of cherry brandy. It is obtained by the infusion of marasca juice. Luxardo cherry liqueur was renamed with the curious name of Sangue Morlacco (Morlacco blood) by the poet Gabriele D Annunzio in 1919, at the time of the Fiume military expedition, due to its dark red colour (the word Morlacco derives from the name of a proud people of the Dalmatian hinterland who defended the borders of the Republic of Venice in the 17th and 18th centuries).

A small-batch Reposado Tequila from Mijenta that is created with environmentally sustainable methods and is aged in a combination of American oak, French oak and French acacia casks for up to six months. Aromas of roasted agave, honey, vanilla and cacao nibs fill the nose, complemented by notes of bergamot, honey, vanilla, orange blossom and dried fruits throughout the palate.
An artisinal mezcal from Ojo de Dios (which translates at Gods eye ), produced from Espadin agave. This here is a Joven bottling, so after the agave is roasted for around 10 days and double distilled, it s bottled up without any ageing, packed full of fresh fruit, grassy agave and fragrant smoke.
