Henners Rose NV is made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, using the saignee method to draw colour from the grapes at the pressing stage. This sparkling rose delivers classic English red berry fruit flavours including raspberries, redcurrants and rhubarb. A minimum of 8 month ageing on the lees brings a delicate creaminess to the wine.

Pale salmon colour with a bright nose of crunchy red fruit including wild strawberry, redcurrant and cranberry. On the palate there is a gentle zing of pomegranate, raspberry and strawberry giving a great lift to the finish.

Gardner Street Classic has the classic floral, elderflower note we have come to know of contemporary Bacchus married with a touch of stone fruit from the Chardonnay. On the palate theres an abundance of red apple fruit, a touch of wild fennel with the barrel fermented Chardonnay giving mid palate weight and structure to a wine that ultimately finishes with a brisk, present acidity.

Notes of lychee, rose petal and honey on the nose are followed by a rich, oily mouthfeel leading to a long, spicy finish - superb with soft ripe cheese.

This limited-production Gran Reserva is only made from exceptional vintages. It has its origins in the Vinya La Scala vineyard, a small eight-hectare parcel planted in 1963. Considered the first Spanish wine made primarily from the Cabernet Sauvignon variety, Vinya La Scala was selected as the official wine for Ronald Reagan’s inauguration at the White House in 1981.

Aromas of fresh peach and kiwi with hints of jasmine and white pepper. The palate has ripe and juicy stone fruit and honeydew melon characters, refreshing acidity and a gently spicy finish.

Heady aromas of jaffa and orange blossom over deeper concentrated blackcurrant, cola, anise and blackberry. Lifted hints of juniper and crushed herb build as the wine breathes. Black-fruits dominate the palate with lashings of inky dense, muscular blackcurrant and black-cherry, over a liquorice-like sweetness balancing rich dark chocolate dryness and a black-olivine savouriness. This foundation is firmly bonded and taut, lasting, with all parts contributing an iron-clad assertion.
