Steely, malic bouquet of dew-speckled Granny Smith apples, wet limestone and petrichor the palate is full of tension thanks to the driving acidity vivacious green apples intermixed with gooseberry and a touch of grapefruit

Bursts with aromatic notes of rhubarb, raspberry, strawberry, redcurrant as well as wild roses, lemon zest, and a touch of sherbet on the finish. It is a superbly elegant English sparkling wine with tiny, persistent bubbles and a refreshing acidity that calls you back for more.

A briny nose of lemon zest, beeswax and freshly crushed sea-salt, the palate delights in an immediate attack of tangy citrus twang, sandpaper texture and cheek-tickling breadth of freshness. Rich and generous nonetheless, this has a long, lemon drizzle cake texture, flavour and nuance, if that cake was made absolutely bone dry.

Ripe stone fruit aromas with preserved lemon characters and floral notes. The palate has bright citrus peel and grapefruit, an appealing texture and minerality, fresh acidity and a gently savoury finish.

A fine and seamless blend of 3 classic white grapes. Sauvignon Blanc aromas are prominent on the nose, with lime and prickly pear notes. A tight mineral core and creamy mid palate from the Chenin Blanc gives complexity and a persistent finish while a small proportion of Semillon adds texture and depth.

Aged in new oak, this is smooth and elegant Rioja with the ability to age due in part to the tannins which although soft are certainly there.

The smell is ethereal, complex, with black cherry and wood fruits aromas. The taste is round, elegant, bodied and velvety, the final is persistent and spicy.

Fresh and fruit driven, with juicy fruit upfront leading to gentle tannins on the mid palate with a long and flavoursome finish.

Grapes are harvested in cases and then pressed softly. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (between 14C and 16C). Intense straw yellow colour with golden hints. A rich and aromatic nose, fullbodied and intense, with notes of exotic fruits, citrus fruits and spices, such as rose, orange, mint and pepper. A complex palate with a long, aromatic and mineral finish. Perfect on its own or as an accompaniment to starters, fish, white meat and vegetables.

Ricasoli Brolio Chianti Classico has an intense ruby red colour and a fragrant bouquet with scents of small red fruit, vanilla and spicy notes with an appealing harmonious taste with balanced tannins. The intense persistence exalt the fresh and mineral notes typical of this wine. The grape varieties used include 80% Sangiovese, 5% Merlot, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon and fermentation takes place in stainless steel with 2/6 days of skins contact. This is followed by 9 months in barriques and tonneaux and a further 3-6 months of bottle ageing. Brolio successfully matches the superior drinkability that defines Chianti Classico in its young version with a full, complex structure, which makes this wine excellent in its category.

This Negroamaro shows intense nose of blackberry and plum notes. On the palate is it round, well-balanced, with a persistent and long finish. Ideal with red meat based dishes or mature cheese.
