Very impressive wine, made from the relatively obscure Erbaluce variety, probably Chenin Blanc is the most obvious variety to like it too. Lovely stone and pear fruit, with minerality and good acidity.

The palate is pure and fresh with depth of concentration, stone fruit, pineapple and citrus characters, and further savoury notes. Good acidity lends a fine, balanced complexity to a citrus finish. Delicious now, but will also develop over 5+ years bottle ageing.

Yellow with green reflections. Clear and transparent. Strong and complex fruity bouquet. Very clean and with notes of dry fruits such as almonds. Rich and elegant. good body and good acidity. Relatively warm, rounded and well-balanced.
