Palate Sweet, malty, with gentle peat and a mellow, silky texture. Vanilla fudge, peaches and cream, and subtle toasted oak follow. Finish Ginger, malt, nutty nougat, and maybe a little grapefruit zest.

Starts with moderate honey and graham cracker sweetness followed by charred wood, crushed peanuts, and uncooked rice. Its a sugar and grain-forward whiskey accented with wood, nuts, and floral, grassy, and minty notes, as well as minimal alcohol.

Dusty rye spices are present, and an apparent corn flavour, vanillas, spices, and hints of caramel round out the malted barley or brown sugar flavour profile of a Canadian whisky and also make it more appealing. The taste itself makes it almost caramel-flavoured from all these combinations, very neatly easy to sip.

On the nose aged berry jam with desiccated coconut, vanilla cream and toffee. Palate has brown sugar, liquorice toffee and cinnamon impact first, followed by currant jam. This leads into black pepper and herby tarragon with a touch of spearmint. On the finish caramel notes and earthiness with a hint of anise.

Light with plenty of sweetness. There are hints of dry spice and oily nuts, a touch of smoke. Palate Quite smooth and soft with notes of banana milkshake, a mixed nut note, a touch of caramel with creme anglaise. Sweet with a little cereal sweetness and toasty oak.

Aromas of clove, vanilla, anise and pepper. Subtle notes of candied spices and citrus. The big finish is smooth with hints of licorice.

Jameson Black Barrel is aged for up to 6 years in double charred barrels, making it a full strength whiskey bursting with aromas of toffee and fudge, complemented by a spicy character and a rich vanilla finish.

A strong nose of chocolate cake, cream, rich espresso coffee, and dried fruits. A rich sweet taste, with a slight bitterness balancing it out. A pleasant warming feel at the end, a very enjoyable after dinner whisky. Solid whiskey; really well rounded and a solid keeper for the cabinet.

Jameson Irish Whiskey is a blended Irish Whiskey. A light floral fragrance, peppered with spicy wood and sweet notes. The perfect balance of spicy, nutty and vanilla notes with hints of sweet sherry and exceptional smoothness.

Russet in color, with rich oaky aromas. The taste is exceptionally smooth, with hints of vanilla, honey, and spice. Finish is crisp and clean, with long, lingering flavors.

The nose bears caramel notes with a delicate stone-fruit backdrop. A robust and sturdy palate with some fine leather notes mingling with dry tobacco, a touch of oak and a hint of dried cherries. The finish is smooth and calming.

This is a cinnamon flavored Spirit and it knows it with a solid punch of sweet cinnamon candy aromas. When you drink Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey, you do so for the cinnamon and it has plenty of it over a touch of vanilla and cracked pepper. The finish is long and spicy.

The nose is quite sweet with gentle notes of vanilla and cut hay, a touch of fresh corn fields and a little cereal sweetness, like the bluegrass fields of Kentucky. Palate has good body with notes of toasty oak and all the requisite notes of vanilla and creme anglaise, a little spice and pepper with an acetone note.

Earthy rye kicks in right away, backed up by caramel, fig and flamed orange peel. Softly floral as it opens, leading into cardamom pod and peppery coriander. Crunchy brown sugar and fresh vanilla pod sweetness. Classic rye spiciness lingers.

Medium amber in color, with gentle spiciness and sweet oak aromas. Mid-palate is smooth, with tones of maple, oak, and nutmeg. Finish is long, dry and satiny with a light toffee flavor.
