Red Wine

This wine is deep ruby in colour with a hint of ochre.. Rich complex mediterranean aromas with exuberant notes of spices and blackberries. Velvety tannins are noted on the palate with elegant flavours of liquorice and small dark forest fruits.

Pronounced aromas of violet, bramble, dried fruit and a hint of toasty oak. The palate has plum, wild cherry fruit, spicy balsamic notes and supple tannins - leading on to a long finish.

Pungent meaty and curranty aromas, and hints of cedar and spice. Produced purely from Tempranillo, and aged in new French and American oak barriques, this wine shows all the elegance of the variety, soft-bodied and smooth. Delicate and velvety, with plenty of complexity, and a strong core.

Our 207 Beyer Ranch Zinfandel is welcoming with luscious fruit notes such as red cherry, boysenberry and fig. Complemented by hints of black tea, and hibiscus, this wine is medium-bodied with smooth tannins.

Warm and spicy on the nose, aromas of fresh crushed raspberries and black cherry mingle with black pepper, allspice and woodsmoke. The palate has breadth and natural juiciness combining fresh cranberry and red berry fruit with spicy, peppercorn flavours. Best served at cool room temperature.

This mix of the 4 classic Bordeaux varieties is brim full of ripe bramble and plum fruit with dark curranty corners. Warm and spicy with the succulent black fruit nicely offset by cinnamon spice, fresh acidity and supple tannins.

Lovely ripe cassis fruit and plenty of it with some warm woodspice, and cigar box. Very approachable but still proper claret. The palate is medium-bodied and structured with round, warm fruit and a velvety finish.

The smell is ethereal, complex, with black cherry and wood fruits aromas. The taste is round, elegant, bodied and velvety, the final is persistent and spicy.
