Red Wine

A really expressive, bright, contemporary Aussie red. The nose of soft, open, chocolatey fruit has a clove note with a palate of fresh brambly, cherry-red fruit that leads to a gently spicy finish.

Bright, aromatic and juicy on the nose with just a touch of naughty bacon fat. True to the varietal, the tiny proportion of Malbec in this blend gives a flowery perfume. This vintage is our brightest, most dangerously drinkable Shiraz to date due to its fine, bright fruit and soft silky elegance.

Plum, blackberry and savoury spice characters on the nose. Full flavoured and rounded on the palate, with layers of dark fruit, black cherry and toasty spice backed by ripe tannins, a hint of mocha, and a fresh finish.

A nose of wild strawberry and allspice veiled with black pepper.The palate shows fresh summer pudding notes of berries and cream, underlined with a bright seam pf acidity and very gentle minerality.

From maritime vineyards in Marlboroughs south easterly extremes in the Blind River Valley. We exploit this coastal fruit by capturing a breezy finesse over the classic cranberry and wild strawberry aromas giving us a wine with enough bite and texture to be foody but with enough generosity of fruit to be a delicious glass on its own. A lick of oak in the winemaking lends a little soothing creaminess to the whole.

The Triangle Merlot has ripe and concentrated plum, dark berry and liquorice flavours, with hints of dark chocolate on the finish. Soft and velvety tannins provide the backbone for a rich wine that will cellar comfortably for a decade.

The Tenute Tomasella Cabernet Franc offers a delightful exploration of the grape varietal's potential in Friuli Grave, Italy. This meticulously crafted wine showcases the region's unique terroir, resulting in a vibrant and expressive Cabernet Franc.

With a deep ruby color, this wine is a complex amalgamation of three different Rh�ne varieties � Grenache, Shiraz, and Mataro. The Steading exudes a bouquet of juicy blackberries, smoky oak, and fragrant spices, with a hint of vanilla and chocolate. On the palate, it is full-bodied, rich, and complex, with a firm but silky texture and a long finish.

From the stable of Familia Torres comes this medium to full-bodied Tempranillo from high altitude vineyards in Ribera del Duero. It has a dramatically dark colour which leads onto a palate of bold blackberries and black cherries with spice and lovely touches of vanilla and wonderfully ripe tannins gained from the time spent in oak barrels.

On the tongue, this powerful red wine is characterized by an incredibly dense texture. Due to its concise fruit acidity, the Clos Ancestral Penedes presents itself exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this good storable red wine from the wine-growing region of Catalonia finally inspires with good length. Once again, hints of sour cherry and raspberry appear. Coronas Crianza 2020 is a red wine that offers intense aromas of black fruits and forest fruits on the nose, accompanied by well-integrated wood and spicy and herbal notes. On the palate, it appears mature, with present yet soft tannins. A very easy-to-drink red wine with pleasant potency and a long finish.

Sweet and full bodied. Velvety tannins and a long and elegant finish. Liquorice aftertaste. Cherry red with rusty hues. Characteristic touches of aging from oak and hints of mint and spices, aromas of plum and cherry.

The characteristically intense fruit aroma of the Mas La Plana terroir meets notes of toast, truffle, white chocolate and clove and white pepper. Tremendously expansive mouth-filling style yet lively on the palate. Mature tannins promise a bright future and excellent aging potential. A superb accompaniment to game dishes and roast beef.

The Ibericos appears cherry red with aromas of spiced red fruit and somewhat smoky on the nose. The palate if allowed to open is intense with oaked rich plum and dark spiced cherry fruit, grippy tannins and full, finishing powerful with lasting red spicy fruit and smoky.

Aromas of Mediterranean herbs and red fruits are accompanied by the roasted notes that emerge after ageing for 4 months in French oak barrels.
