This Gergenti Organic Frappato, made by organically grown grapes, embodies the unique charm of Sicily. Red ruby colour. The aroma is fresh and fruity with a scent of blueberries and red berries. Malolactic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. After that the wine is aged in the bottle for another month.
