The palate is complex with crisp citrus flavours, ripe stone fruit, and tropical characters on the textured mid-palate. A subtle and multi-layered wine with immediately appealing freshness and fruit leading to a taut, savoury, mineral finish. Fantastic with grilled white meats, risotto and pasta.

This is a fabulous Gigondas, very powerful with ripe, weighty tannins, the whole aged in large oak foudres for that added patina. Open well in advance and preferably decant.

Henners Rose NV is made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, using the saignee method to draw colour from the grapes at the pressing stage. This sparkling rose delivers classic English red berry fruit flavours including raspberries, redcurrants and rhubarb. A minimum of 8 month ageing on the lees brings a delicate creaminess to the wine.
Gardner Street Classic has the classic floral, elderflower note we have come to know of contemporary Bacchus married with a touch of stone fruit from the Chardonnay. On the palate theres an abundance of red apple fruit, a touch of wild fennel with the barrel fermented Chardonnay giving mid palate weight and structure to a wine that ultimately finishes with a brisk, present acidity.
