Le Blanc de Blancs has all the characteristics of a great Chardonnay. The delicacy and finesse are enhanced by a very pure, mineral finish and by the freshness that is the hallmark of the Lanson style. As a gastronomic champagne, its ample texture and persistent finish will pair perfectly with fresh, minerally dishes.
A rose champagne with a beautiful pure colour with pale salmon touches. On the nose aromas of roses and fruit predominate, with discrete notes of red fruit. On the palate the initial impression is tender; well-rounded and fresh, this wine has harmonious balance and good length on the finish.
A voluptuous and chiselled palate. The tenderness of biscuit pastries and hazelnut notes deliciously blanket our palate. The finish is bright and extensive, evolving through aromas of apricot and candied orange.
Made from parcels of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan grown in Costières de Nîmes on red pebble and limestone terroir. Fermentation is kept short to preserve the generous fruit flavours. All the varieties are vinified separately to give Guillaume full flexibility when it comes to blending. The tannins from these sun-ripened grapes soften quickly, so very little ageing is required to keep it supple and more-ish.
Intense aromas of ripe black fruits. The palate is complex and concentrated with notes of figs, dates, dried apricots, alongside mineral and earthy notes. The natural sugars give a round and opulent mouthfeel, with lingering honey characters on the finish.
Yellow straw colour with greenish tinges. Refined subtle aroma. Recollections of honey and acacia blossoms and fresh fruits, such as pears and apples. Incredibly pleasant taste, full-bodied and smooth with well-balanced acidity. Typical aftertaste of almonds.
The nose is inviting with wonderful redcurrant, plum and blackberry aromas with hints of woody spice and pepper. The palate has more concentrated fruit: blackberry, redcurrant and tart blackcurrants with good structure and some smokiness from time spent in oak.
It has a bright straw yellow color lightly charged. The smell is typical of the vine: wide, with floral hints of broom and acacia together with exotic fruits and balsamic hints. The taste is sapid, structured and persistent.
Rubis Chocolate Wine is a sumptuous infusion of Spanish Tempranillo grapes and precious essence of cacao, which together create an extraordinary taste sensation.
The nose is intense with notes of marmalade, orange blossom and dried fruits. The palate is sweet and well balanced with a fresh acidity and notes of floral flavours, orange, golden syrup and treacle.
