A floral, buttery Blanc de Blancs Champagne from Lallier that is made exclusively with Chardonnay grapes from Ay, France. Aromas of hawthorn, acacia, freshly-baked brioche, butter, hazelnut and praline fill the nose, complemented by notes of lemon, yuzu, subtle minerals and ripe peaches throughout the palate.

Matured in bottle on its lees for 48 months, it captures clean fresh red fruit on the nose, followed by lively fresh fruit flavours of wild strawberry and raspberry on the palate with an appealing softness.

Light, delicate bubbles. Apple, pear and white flower aromas that follow through to the palate with deliciously crisp acidity. The palate is dry, with enough fruit flavours to balance and enrich. Lighter in style than prosecco, not quite soo fizzy, but the bubbles have a continuous flow.

The bouquet was immensely full, rich and wide with flavors of ripe pear, flowers and honey. Very fresh and youthful wine.

Lemony richness on the nose, a struck-match character that falls in with a lemon vanilla note. Toffee apple allure on the palate with chalky coolness and a savoury, nutty finish.

Bright pink colour with a light orange tint. A powerful bouquet with ripe red fruit, such as raspberry and wild strawberry, almost jam-like, revealing hints of violet and rose petal. Full, textured and rich in the mouth, with a surprising light and fresh finish.

Fresh fruits, dominated by bright citrus fruit and pineapple, are mixed with notes of spices and white flowers, such as jasmine. Supple and full-bodied characteristics give way to a clean, pure and well-defined palate.

Starts light and dry, with lots of apple flavours. Becomes saltier than the nose suggested, with subtle hints of liquorice and salted almonds. Very light herbal notes as well.

Crisp, fresh and uncompromisingly dry. Sharp yet elegant aromas of the flor yeast and toasted almonds. Completely dry on the palate with reminders of almonds.

The Wild Rose Vermouth from the Regal Rogue range is a fruit-forwards expression, featuring native Australian Illawarra plums, strawberry gum and rosella, giving notes of red fruit and earthy anise.

Another "Fearlessly Handcrafted" Australian vermouth here from the Regal Rogue range.
