A blend of aged rums from 5 different distilleries, 5 Island is a complex rum that has a fruity aroma, spicy taste and a peppery finish. Ideal for a Daiquiri.

Full bodied, slightly sweet tropical fruit, red apple with bitter burnt toast and aggressive cinnamon and pepper. Sweet Irn Bru-like sweet spice notes continue.

An intensely aromatic Acholado pisco that makes a particularly interesting Pisco Sour. Made from a combination of Quebranta, Italia and Torontel grapes, this is an elegant pisco.

Charred oak flavour that is complemented with sweet brown sugar, a touch of black pepper, and dried fruit to round it all out.

Beefeater 24 is quite pleasant with sweet citrus, including notes of lemon rind and sweet lime that moves into a mid-palate with juniper. Though less juniper-forward, the juniper is still here and remains the gin s centerpiece. Long and dry, there s a grassy, vegetal note of warm green tea.
