At sight it has a ruby red color with black reflections; fruity notes of black cherries and blackberries intertwine with hints of licorice, creating a fragrant and delicate aromatic bouquet. The sip is enveloping, velvety and concentrated. Wonderfully harmonious and extremely refined finish

Ruby-red, round and soft, with scents reminiscent of forest fruits and jam with a hint of cracked black pepper. Elegantly refined, with strong and supple tannins and a lasting finish.

It is an intense and elegant wine, extremely pleasant, characterized by a complex bouquet in which notes of plum, liquorice, and tobacco stand out. Warm taste and great persistence at the end of the palate.

Characterized by notes of red berries that surprise the nose together with floral and spicy hints, a soft elegance that envelops the palate and a lingering finish. A young, lively wine that is not afraid to assert its identity, maintaining its strong ties with the terroir while releasing a new energy.

A ripe, open and spicy nose with aromas of wild cherry, plums and dried herbs. Firm, ripe tannins with flavours of bitter cherry, spice and tarry, liquorice notes. The finish is complex and long, further opening to reveal dried orange peel, and ripe red fruit characters backed by a hint of mocha. A fine and distinctive style of Amarone capable of further development in bottle.

The palate is complex with ripe black fruits, prune, fig and an orange peel tang balanced by more savoury characters of cloves and cedar. A rich wine with supple tannins and a graphite minerality, finishing long and elegant.

It conquers the palate with strength, harmony and fullness and maintains its power at length. Ruby red in colour, it is characterised by its fresh and mineral notes, with hints of black cherry and wild berries. In the mouth, the evident but delicate tannins frame a discreet sapidity, describing at best its excellent body.

The Feudo Maccari Saia is made from selected plots of bush vines that are mostly 30-40 years old and are grown on south-facing higher ground where the calcium-rich soil gives greater delicacy and perfume. The grapes undergo 20 days maceration with regular punching-down of the cap. Then the wine is matured for 0-4 months in French barriques and aged in bottle for 6 months prior to release.

The nose is ripe and openly fruity with hints of liquorice and raisins. The palate has a touch of spice, somewhat Syrah like, to balance the black fruit and ripe tannins - a wonderful balance of sweet ripeness and bitterness typical of Negro Amaro.

Rich, ripe nose, almost perfumed wine with a delicious creamy character on the palate and bags of soft ripe blackcurrant fruit. The acidity is all there, balanced against soft, full tannins and there is great structure and mouthfeel. Succulent, round and complex.

This red wine is obtained from a selection of the native Raboso Piave grapes grown on Parcel #92 vineyards in the Carboncine Roncade area. Long maceration, ageing in chestnut and Allier oak for 48 months. Some bunches are withered in the grape-drying loft for 3 months and skilfully added to the blend. Final bottle ageing for 2 months. Due to the typicality of the soil and the specific winemaking techniques deployed, here at Santome we consider our Raboso ready to drink only after a long ageing period of 5 years (4 years in the barrel and in the bottle). Only produced in the best years.
