Classic White Sambuca is infused with coriander, sweet orange, iris and star anise and then mixed with pure white sugar to produce a pleasant anise aroma and sweet flavour. This sambuca is crystal clear in appearance and has the perfect balance of sweet and sour flavours on the palate.

Made from star anise seeds, sugar, herbs and rather fine and precious spices. It s premium quality has allowed it to be declared "Extra" under Italian law a ranking only Molinari has attained. Sweet and persistent, with an unmistakable flavor of star anise.

The palate offers notes of mascarpone, sweet biscuits, cocoa powder and rich, robust coffee that will work well in an Espresso Martini, over ice cream, or simply enjoyed over ice.

Strega is bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV), which is an alcohol content comparable to most hard liquors, but it has a sweetness and viscosity typical of liqueurs. Among its approximately 70 herbal ingredients are mint and fennel, giving it a complex flavor with minty and coniferous notes. Strega is considered a digestif.
