Made from star anise seeds, sugar, herbs and rather fine and precious spices. It s premium quality has allowed it to be declared "Extra" under Italian law a ranking only Molinari has attained. Sweet and persistent, with an unmistakable flavor of star anise.

The palate offers notes of mascarpone, sweet biscuits, cocoa powder and rich, robust coffee that will work well in an Espresso Martini, over ice cream, or simply enjoyed over ice.

Strega is bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV), which is an alcohol content comparable to most hard liquors, but it has a sweetness and viscosity typical of liqueurs. Among its approximately 70 herbal ingredients are mint and fennel, giving it a complex flavor with minty and coniferous notes. Strega is considered a digestif.

Obtained by infusion and distillation of orange, this liqueur at 38 splices a delicate aroma of orange fior with soft citrus notes; the taste, balanced and complex, leads to a spicy and persistent finish.

Volare Watermelon is a natural liqueur with a fruity taste that so empitomises summer. Pink in colour, it has fruit aromas with a delicate, refreshing and light flavour. It can be served neat or on the rocks. It s excellent for preparing cocktails and when mixed in other drinks.
