Clean and dry without being in any way astringent. The complexity of the nose comes through in the taste; citrus and juniper with a subtle lingering finish of cool refreshing cucumber and rose. In addition to the traditional juniper infusion, Hendricks uses Bulgarian rose and cucumber to add flavour.

Translated as 'The Beauty of the Seasons' this Gin is inspired by tradition and modernity. Yellow Yuzu, Japanese cypress, green tea, bamboo and sanso berries make up the botanicals for and incredibly clean gin with a spicy finish.

An inviting mix of sweet floral and berry tones come through on the nose. They continue onto the palate, where sumptuous elderflower and rose come through. The finish is long and deep and complex.

Malfy Originale has a very classic style nose. Spice notes are slightly loud with a lot of piney, green and herbaceous juniper right beside it. The only critique might be that the nose has a touch of alcohol, with an ethanol-forward nose. The slightest tinge of lemon on the tip of the tongue when sipped.
