There is a variety of grapes allowed in Champagne; the main three varieties are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. All Champagne must be created via the ‘traditional method (Méthode traditionnelle)’. This is incredibly labour intensive and produces some of the finest bubbles around!

A Lallier Vintage (Millesime) is not declared every year and this is a Champagne of exhilarating freshness with toasty and brioche flavours, made from slightly more Pinot Noir than Chardonnay.
