    Champagne

The classic region of Sparkling wine from France, home to the most expensive Sparkling wine in the world. There is a variety of grapes allowed in Champagne; the main three varieties are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. All Champagne must be created via the ‘traditional method (Méthode traditionnelle)’. This is incredibly labour intensive and produces some of the finest bubbles around!
