On the nose aged berry jam with desiccated coconut, vanilla cream and toffee. Palate has brown sugar, liquorice toffee and cinnamon impact first, followed by currant jam. This leads into black pepper and herby tarragon with a touch of spearmint. On the finish caramel notes and earthiness with a hint of anise.
