Whisky

This is a cinnamon flavored Spirit and it knows it with a solid punch of sweet cinnamon candy aromas. When you drink Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey, you do so for the cinnamon and it has plenty of it over a touch of vanilla and cracked pepper. The finish is long and spicy.

A hint of corn sweetness and caramel. Palate Balanced, rich palate entry with marmalade and acacia honey. Cinnamon, lemon and oak. Finish Oaky, spiced finish.

Starts with moderate honey and graham cracker sweetness followed by charred wood, crushed peanuts, and uncooked rice. Its a sugar and grain-forward whiskey accented with wood, nuts, and floral, grassy, and minty notes, as well as minimal alcohol.

Fresh and fruity notes jump out the glass to your nose with hints of pear, apple peel and a slight butterscotch. Sweet fruit explodes onto the palate which mellos to creamy malt, butterscotch and subtle and soft oaky flavours. Smooth and mellow finish.

Very clean and fresh, with notes of grass, freshly cut apples and pear drops, enriched by a rich toffee character. Slight floral note, with menthol and custard-tart notes. The gentle fruitiness continues on to the palate, with pear the dominant note, accompanied by a refreshing mint. Very soft texture and mouthfeel with no rough edges. Easy to drink. Soft, fruity and whistle-clean.

Soft, clean and refreshing: lemon sherbet and apricots, with honeyed fruit and a touch of toffee and vanilla. Gentle and satisfying. A little weightier on the palate, with honey and malt, banana bread and subtle sweet spices. Clean and well balanced. The honeyed fruit fades softly, and the finish is whistle-clean.

Melted butter and caramelised dates. A hint of fragrant sandalwood develops into warming, oak-y spice.

The whisky is laid down in oak casks, to gently breathe the salt laden Orcadian air for a minimum of 12 years.

This is an interesting spirit from The Horses Spirit Co., which features the fruity combo of bourbon and habanero pepper. The bourbon comes from Texass Firestone & Robertson Distilling Co., while The Horses Spirit Co.

Born to disrupt. Hoxton Spiced Whisky is distilled using a blend of fine scotch whiskies that'll put a smile on the face of any aficionado. There are those however who will falter at the spice.

Light with plenty of sweetness. There are hints of dry spice and oily nuts, a touch of smoke. Palate Quite smooth and soft with notes of banana milkshake, a mixed nut note, a touch of caramel with creme anglaise. Sweet with a little cereal sweetness and toasty oak.

The flavours remain rich and dark, with sweet milky coffee, dark chocolate and demarara sugar lightened by some candied lemon hints. Theres also, as you might expect, a rich and sweet honey undertone beneath it all lightly pungent and floral, with a real honey flavour.

Floral, herbal hops, grapefruit citrus notes with subtle orchard fruits, complemented by wood shavings and a little nuttiness. Hops and light citrus with sweet herbal notes and delicate spicy tones. The lingering fresh fruit and hops give way to grains of barley and a signature smooth finish.

Delicate, smooth and full mouthfeel with distinctive orange zest notes and spicy, nutty, sweet vanilla undertones. Clean and pleasant, with sweet orange finish.

Jameson Black Barrel is aged for up to 6 years in double charred barrels, making it a full strength whiskey bursting with aromas of toffee and fudge, complemented by a spicy character and a rich vanilla finish.

Jameson Irish Whiskey is a blended Irish Whiskey. A light floral fragrance, peppered with spicy wood and sweet notes. The perfect balance of spicy, nutty and vanilla notes with hints of sweet sherry and exceptional smoothness.

A strong nose of chocolate cake, cream, rich espresso coffee, and dried fruits. A rich sweet taste, with a slight bitterness balancing it out. A pleasant warming feel at the end, a very enjoyable after dinner whisky. Solid whiskey; really well rounded and a solid keeper for the cabinet.

The nose is quite sweet with gentle notes of vanilla and cut hay, a touch of fresh corn fields and a little cereal sweetness, like the bluegrass fields of Kentucky. Palate has good body with notes of toasty oak and all the requisite notes of vanilla and creme anglaise, a little spice and pepper with an acetone note.

Winter spice and treacle, hints of white pepper and a little citrus. Rich and full with notes of wood smoke and dry spice, hints of barley and cereal with creamy toffee and a distinct herbal note. Quite fruity and long with a note of sultanas and mixed peels.

Fragrant with good body. Notes of oak, crisp spice, dried fruit, pastries. Berry fruits, aniseed, hints of cedar, a touch of spice and citrus. Supple and balanced. Good toffee and hints of very wistful smoke. Chocolate, hints of grass and a good hit of malt. Floral, oaky, good length, urged on by a plume of very well-kept, highland style smoke. Dried fruit, spice, honey.

A surprisingly rich, aromatic nose with heather honey, mixed peels, soft smoke and rum spice. Cedar wood, oak and butterscotch, aniseed, Christmas cake and malt. Long, spiced nose with smoke on the tail.

Fragrant wood smoke and peaches combine with honey and barley scent to make the depth on the nose pronounced. Viscous and slight spice combine with a light flavour of peach and vanilla pod. To finish the smoke makes another appearance and the lingering taste of stewed peach.

Knob Creek Single Barrel is a potent combination of caramel, honey, cinnamon, and allspice with enough vanilla, wood, and nuttiness to complement the sweetness. Minty rye and light sourdough bread are secondary. Even after mellowing its still quite hot, but its no longer overpoweringly distracting.

Palate Very thick and rich. A massive mouthful of malt and Sherry with good fruity sweetness, but also a wonderful sweetness. Big, powerful peat and oak. Finish Long, spicy finish, figs, dates, peat smoke, vanilla.

On the nose a rich peaty smoke with slight saline seaweed. To taste the initial smoky nature is in the forefront with a seaweed undertone, a surprising sweetness that lingers in the finish. To some extent this is the quintessential Islay malt.
