Veneto is the land of rivers, cities of art and lush fertile plains, Tenuta Santomè is situated in the heart of Treviso. The winemaking process is rigorously controlled, using grapes from their own vineyards to ensure quality. In 2018, Santomè achieved accreditation from SQNPI, the sustainable quality mark. Thus, Santomè is the go-to for quality and sustainability.

In 1971 Antonio Spinazzè first brought 4 hectares in Vazzola, supplying the grapes to Cantina Sociale di Valdobbiadene (co-op winery). This expanded in the 1980s with his son, Armando, bought 28 hectares on the island of Papadopoli becoming the single largest supplier to Cantina Sociale di Valdobbiadene. After qualifying as an Oenologist, Alan and his brother William decided to make their own wine, Buying 30 hectares of land in Roncade, the winery was completed in 2016.
Filled with complex aromas, intense and fresh, revealing flavours of pear and apricot yielding delicate floral notes of white flowers backed up by hints of bread of crust and yeast. Rich to the taste, well-rounded with good structure, elegant and harmonious with an assertive and balanced acidity, sapid, dry with a long and persistent finish.

A blend of Chardonnay & Riesling with a slightly complex bouquet and fresh vegetable sensations of sage, fig leaves & sweet pepper. This is followed by a delicate mineral & fruity hint of pineapple & citrus fruits, with a light & spicy Mediterranean finish. Fresh, subtle, elegant, delicately gentle & light.
Light, delicate bubbles. Apple, pear and white flower aromas that follow through to the palate with deliciously crisp acidity. The palate is dry, with enough fruit flavours to balance and enrich. Lighter in style than prosecco, not quite soo fizzy, but the bubbles have a continuous flow.
A blend of Merlot & Raboso with a young fragrant scent. Red berries together with a delicate floral note. Fresh, soft, light, well balanced with pleasantly dry aftertaste. The finish is persistant with an excellent drinking quality.

Beautiful rich garnet colour - dense and dark. The aromas are intense, complex and refined. From bold mineral notes of the caranto terroir to spicy vanilla, dark tobacco and liquorice, all mingled with cherry and plum jam. Hints of chocolate, incense and mint. The palate is warm, soft and luscious, with a delicate sweetness, despite the 80 grams of residual sugar, thanks to careful management of the withering process, so as to preserve the acidity/tannins necessary to avoid those disagreeable candied notes of "over-cooked" fruit characteristic of most passito wines.
A bold, distinctive Pinot Grigio. Aromas of white flower, orange blossom and of exotic fruits - peaches, papaya, pineapple, apricots and mango that all follow through to the palate. Tangy minerals from the calcareous rocks of the region. Lovely refreshing acidity leading to a long balanced dry finish.

This red wine is obtained from a selection of the native Raboso Piave grapes grown on Parcel #92 vineyards in the Carboncine Roncade area. Long maceration, ageing in chestnut and Allier oak for 48 months. Some bunches are withered in the grape-drying loft for 3 months and skilfully added to the blend. Final bottle ageing for 2 months. Due to the typicality of the soil and the specific winemaking techniques deployed, here at Santome we consider our Raboso ready to drink only after a long ageing period of 5 years (4 years in the barrel and in the bottle). Only produced in the best years.
