It has a distinctive fruity and fragrant nose, and a pineapple flavor. This Italian wine also has a fresh grape juice aroma with subtle vine peaches, sweet wild sage, spice, fresh pear, fresh melon, and apricot notes.

Its special method of vinification gives this cuvee a light, elegant flavour, followed by a fresh finish with a taste of raspberry. This cuvee unveils a subtle aroma leading to an elegant, delicate bouquet of fine notes of red berries and zest of citrus fruits.

A subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity, with a tannic finish due to the adjunction of red wine; bubbles as fine as velvet; flavours of wild berries.

An exceptional vintage sparkling wine, Chapel Down Grand Reserve 2019 is a blend of the three great sparkling wine grapes, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The wine is made from the best fraction of juice and is aged for up to five years in bottle before release. Complex aromas of ripe apples, red berries and toasted brioche are complimented by a rich palate and generous finish.

Aromas of pineapple, grapefruit and elderflower. The crisp effervescence carries the tropical fruit and floral flavours giving a balanced and refreshing finish.

Aromatic notes of juicy pear and apricot on the nose are underpinned by more mature aromas of hazelnut and fresh bread. The texture is creamy and full bodied with well balanced acidity and plenty of bubbles!

Warm notes of pear and zesty orange. This wine pairs excellently with oysters, salmon, truffle ravioli and creamy cheeses.

Collery is a full bodied Champagne with enough acidity to keep you coming back for more. This less austere style makes it incredibly versatile, great as an aperitif and excellent with a range of foods (try it with fried chicken, shellfish or even a steak... you won't be disappointed).

Cristal is a remarkably balanced and refined champagne whose length is inimitable. It has a silky texture and fruity aromas, complemented by a powerful mineral quality with white fruit and citrus notes.

Aromas of lime, crisp apple with freshly baked pastry, and toasted almonds on the nose. The palate is ripe and full flavoured with bright citrus fruit offset by vibrant acidity and a soft creamy mouthfeel.

A stylish rosé Champagne displaying a lovely salmon pink colour. A luscious champagne with hints of red berries, caramel and vanilla. It's Intense, showing luscious red cherry flavours with savoury notes on both the aroma and palate.

Fresh floral aromas combine with characteristic sweet brioche overtones, balanced by peach skin and baked biscuit flavours with a crisp citrus finish.

A delicate yet rich, Pinot Noir-based rose from a Pinot Noir specialist, this has a fine mousse, wonderful texture and deliciously tangy finish. Beautiful!

Sourdough aromas combine with crunchy green apple fruit to provide a wonderfully welcoming nose. The palate is fine with a lively and persistent mousse. Green apple and pear fruit characters mix with a toasted brioche leesy flavour helping to provide a complex and moreish palate. Balanced acidity and a long finish make this a very classy sparkling wine.

Henners Rose NV is made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, using the saignee method to draw colour from the grapes at the pressing stage. This sparkling rose delivers classic English red berry fruit flavours including raspberries, redcurrants and rhubarb. A minimum of 8 month ageing on the lees brings a delicate creaminess to the wine.

Ripe yellow apple and baking spices with a lick of citrus. The palate has flavours reminiscent of french apple tart with more baked apple, sweet pastry and the gentle mousse lending a creamy texture.

Kits Coty Blanc de Blancs is made using only the finest Chardonnay grapes from our Kits Coty vineyard, where the chalk soil and cool maritime is perfect for sparkling wine. The fruit is handpicked and pressed before extended ageing in bottle. This exceptional wine is elegant and well balanced with notes of fresh apple and buttery pastry.

A floral, buttery Blanc de Blancs Champagne from Lallier that is made exclusively with Chardonnay grapes from Ay, France. Aromas of hawthorn, acacia, freshly-baked brioche, butter, hazelnut and praline fill the nose, complemented by notes of lemon, yuzu, subtle minerals and ripe peaches throughout the palate.
