Familia Torres San Valentin Parellada was first made by Miguel Torres as a Valentines present for his wife. It is made from the Parellada grape grown in the more mountainous, cooler regions of Penedes and other vineyard areas. The off-dry style brings out the floral aromas and ripe fruit character.
