Made in the coastal town of Marsala in Sicily, fortified wine is combined with egg yolks to produced Vito Curatolo Arini Cremovo Marsala. Sweeter than Marsala fine, this wonderful drink is rich in vanilla and caramel notes, reminiscent of Creme Brulee
Its produced in the traditional manner, vinified from light wine made from Grillo, Inzolia and Cataratto grapes before being fortified with grape spirit and and cask aged for a minimum of a year. Its an excellent dry style with notes of toasted almond, citrus fruit and rich caramel.
