Madre Ensamble Mezcal

Madre Ensamble is made using a combination of Espadín and Cuishe agave, which is cooked over hot stone in earthen pits and crushed with a traditional stone tahona wheel. This is an elegant expression, offering soft smoke and fresh herbs.
