    Grapes are harvested in cases and then pressed softly. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (between 14C and 16C). Intense straw yellow colour with golden hints. A rich and aromatic nose, fullbodied and intense, with notes of exotic fruits, citrus fruits and spices, such as rose, orange, mint and pepper. A complex palate with a long, aromatic and mineral finish. Perfect on its own or as an accompaniment to starters, fish, white meat and vegetables.
