Grappa

A balanced and refined grappa. Perfume persists with notes of cocoa butter and sweet vanilla. Aromas of almond paste and unroasted dried fruit.

Intense, balanced, and clean. Clear, transparent and crystalline. A full and complex nose with the lower alcohol content enhancing the delicate aroma. The palate is young and fresh.

Today, tasting Grappa di Barbera, one seems to breathe the scents of a Monferrato wood, among wild dog rose flowers and the scent of ripe black cherries.

The Bocchino Gran Moscato has been aged for 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels, appearing light amber with generous caramel and sultanas, interwoven with warm spice on the nose. The palate displays ripe apricot, accompanied with cinnamon, vanilla and creamy butter, finishing long with some herbal notes.

The liaison is intense and brings back the characteristics of two tenacious red vines that express the essence of the hills of the Alto Monferrato on which the aromas of their lands grow and concentrate.

Distilled in Trieste since 1884 from the pomace of a range of grape varieties, Grappa Julia is a favourite the world over.

A marvellously crisp and vibrant grappa here from Grappa Libarna. The Bianca Cristallo is made with fresh pomace, expertly distilled to achieve a delicate yet flavoursome profile perfect for enjoying as a postprandial treat, or for adding some depth to your cocktails.

Soft, young and clean taste, with herbaceous aromas, notes of meadow flowers and white pulp fruit among which banana and white peach stand out. Delicate and fine bouquet, with fresh aromas of white flowers and pleasant fragrances of breadcrumbs.

At first whiff, the selected grappa reveals multifaceted traits of fruit, grapes and raisins.

Nardini Grappa Riserva 40 - refined, smooth and velvety. A distillate if pure harmony, where the delicate fragrance meets an intense, unforgettable flavour. A unique Grappa with an unmistakable straw yellow colour and precious golden notes, aged at least 3 years in Slavonian oak barrels.

This reserve grappa from Libarna has been distilled from fresh barbera and dolcetto grape pomace, after which it was matured for 18 months in French oak barriques. Fantastic stuff, with complex layers of woody spice, dried fruit, and nutty notes.

An unaged and aromatic Grappa produced only using grapes grown in Langhe and Monferrato, within the Piedmontese Moscato area. Crystal clear colour with sharp notes of muscat intertwined with rose petals, citronella, lily, orange blossom and anise on the nose. In the mouth the fragrant note is in tune with the softness, leading to a long, persistent finish
