The Green has more flavours and notes of citrus and green apple, alongside the tea characters of Darjeeling and Earl Grey. Delicate and sophisticated, it is best served from a Champagne flute and enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with light seafood dishes or cheeses. Can also be used to add spritz to a non-alcoholic cocktail.
