30&40 Double Jus Aperitif is a young and fruity apple brandy with woody spices on the nose. Smooth and complex on the palate, reminiscent of baked apple, tarte tatin, and hints of caramel. There s notes of vanilla with a natural apple bitterness. It has a round and markedly long finish.
