The drama starts as soon as you pour, this is a remarkably coloured Pinot Grigio. The nose is exotic and enveloping in a sweet and sultry sort of way … very melony, peachy, apricotty. Similar on the palate with a really soft and full ‘pillowy’ sort of sensation. It feels almost ‘thick’ in the mouth and you keep looking into the glass to check you didn’t buy the ‘with bits’ version! It drinks fantastically as soon as you open it but if you can keep your mitts off it for 40 mins -hour, it definitely opens up and offers even more.
