Aperol

On the nose, you will smell zesty orange with complex herbal scents, harmonised with a touch of vanilla. At first taste, theres an intense orange top with herbal and woody body notes that round out to be pleasantly bittersweet and salty. Aperol feels velvety and rounded on the tongue, with lingering orange and woody notes. Theres a mild bitterness with a hint of sweetness and herbal aftertaste that lingers at the back of the mouth.

Clean and dry, yet very slight sweetness with muscovado sugar, blue cheese, spiced apples, pears and notes of vanilla, caramel and a faint pinch of black pepper spice.

Its made exclusively from natural ingredients, and doesnt contain any added sugar. This rich, robust and complex vodka is characterised by its distinct taste of vanilla, notes of butterscotch and hints of dark chocolate.

Clean, on the neutral side with subtle black pepper notes. Great multi-use vodka for cocktails. Neutral spirit which is rectified using continuous distillation, then filtered through columns of activated charcoal.
