Aperol

On the nose, you will smell zesty orange with complex herbal scents, harmonised with a touch of vanilla. At first taste, theres an intense orange top with herbal and woody body notes that round out to be pleasantly bittersweet and salty. Aperol feels velvety and rounded on the tongue, with lingering orange and woody notes. Theres a mild bitterness with a hint of sweetness and herbal aftertaste that lingers at the back of the mouth.

Mellow, honeyed sweetness and minty freshness with rootyness, zesty citrus and pine needles.

A sweet and herbaceous expression, well-balanced with hints of red apple, ripe fruits and a mild smoky layer to finish. Espadin is the most commonly sourced agave varietal for mezcal.
